How it works

Count from the source. List every item the automation should have handled, taken from the source system, never from the automation's own log.

Complete means every stage passed. Each stage must be Yes or n/a. None needed counts as complete on the last stage only, where an item truly needs no output. A blank counts as No.

Find the break point. Gap rate is worked out per type. The break point is the stage with the most No marks among that type's gaps; a tie goes to the earliest stage.

Above 1 in 10 is not trusted. Cover those types by hand with a daily check until a fix ships, then re-run the audit on a fresh window.

Send the rule, not the list. One rule with three evidence rows gets a real fix; twenty separate misses get twenty patches.

The tool only sees the items you give it, so export the full list from the source before you start. Everything saves in this browser only.

General guidance from practice, not legal, HR, or financial advice. Everything you type stays in this browser and is never sent to a server.
