Executive support
Calendar and inbox ownership, gatekeeping, travel, meeting prep, and follow-through. I hold the loose threads so leaders can decide, not chase.
Executive Assistant · Project Manager · Operations
Ten years as the executive assistant and operator that C-level leaders lean on. I take the operational work off a founder's plate, then build the systems so it stays off. Executive support and project delivery from one hire, because I have run both sides myself.

The synthesis
For 10+ years C-level leaders have relied on me to keep the operation moving: calendar, inbox, travel, board prep, vendors, bookkeeping, reporting, and the follow-through that holds it together. Because I also design, build, and run production software, I rebuild the workflow underneath the work, so manual routines become systems that run on their own. One hire: the executive partner and the person who engineers the machine behind them.
In their words
What I own
The range of an executive partner, backed by the fluency of someone who ships software. Not a menu of tasks, a set of outcomes I can carry end to end.
Calendar and inbox ownership, gatekeeping, travel, meeting prep, and follow-through. I hold the loose threads so leaders can decide, not chase.
Process design, SOPs and runbooks, vendor and tool management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. I turn ad hoc effort into a system that holds.
Workflow automation, connecting tools, and removing manual work. I build lightweight internal tooling so a task that ate an afternoon runs on its own.
Comfortable in product, engineering, and data conversations because I ship software myself. I can brief a developer, read a spec, and spot the gap before it costs a sprint.
Exposure to fintech regulatory work, financial modeling, and disciplined documentation. I keep records clean and defensible, and I know when a claim needs care.
Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery across 30+ projects. Scoping, backlog, risk, budget, and stakeholder alignment, held together from kickoff to launch.
Free and ungated
Everything on this site is free, with nothing to sign up for. The tools are working web apps: they save to your browser, warn you when a plan is off, and print to one page. Each one ships with a printable version and the playbook behind it.
Selected work
Websites, mobile apps, web AR, e-commerce, and campaigns delivered through agency and studio partners, 30+ projects end to end.
The proof
The clearest evidence that I build as well as run: I operate a solo software studio, Kabuhayan I.T. Services (DTI-registered), with four production products designed, built, and run end to end. Product, engineering, compliance, design, and go-to-market, all one seat. It is the same work an executive needs off their plate, done by someone who has done all of it.
Lending-operations SaaS for SEC-registered Philippine lenders. Multi-tenant partner portal, loan operations, collections, audit and compliance tooling. A platform, not a lender.
A modern rotating-savings (ROSCA) app with a no-custody design, so it never holds member funds.
AI-assisted social-content SaaS that keeps a small team on-brand without a full design and copy pipeline.
Decision support for executive assistants. The tool version of the work I am offering you.
