Weekly Client Health

Week of September 28 to October 2, 2026 · Prepared by the operations desk
Red: needs partner attention this week Amber: watch closely, plan in motion Green: on track

One line per client: the current rating, what is driving it, the next step already in motion, who owns it, and what we need from the partner. Ratings follow the rules at the bottom of this page, so a Red is a Red for a stated reason, not a feeling.

Client Rating Driver Next step Owner Partner ask

Ironbark R Client approver blocking for 9 days; two deliverables now past due. Escalation note drafted with two options: new approver or revised dates. David Rooker Pick an option by Oct 6 so the work does not stall.

Kaolin A New point of contact; handover notes incomplete on their side. Run a 30-minute reset call to confirm priorities and cadence. Rachel Ostley Join the first 10 minutes of the reset call.
Larchmont G All tasks current; no open blockers. Prepare the quarterly business review for the week of Oct 19. Chris Dunmore None.
Mica Partners A Deliverable slipped five days after a late data handoff. Revised timeline agreed; buffer added to the next two dates. James Welford None this week; flag if the new dates slip again.

Rating rules

R

Red when any of these is true: a deliverable is blocked or overdue by more than 5 business days, retainer hours are exhausted mid-cycle, an invoice is unpaid past 60 days, or the client has gone unresponsive for more than 10 business days on a blocking item. A Red always ships with a partner ask and a deadline.

A

Amber when a risk is live but a plan is in motion: an invoice unpaid past 30 days, repeated out-of-scope requests, a key contact change, or a slipped date with a recovered timeline. Amber items carry a named owner and a next step with a date.

G

Green when deliverables are on schedule, hours are within plan, invoices are current, and communication cadence is holding. Green still gets one forward-looking next step so nothing coasts.
